Data Clean is an App built for monday.com platform accounts.

Its purpose is to help you clean duplicated data on that board.

The app will compare the values between all items for a selection of columns.

If some items have the same values for all the selected columns, they are believed to be duplicates.

The app view present a list of all duplicated items, grouped by duplication values:

• Click on a duplicate value to display all its items.
• Check on the preview row what data the app plans to keep.
• Edit any item from the view to change some values.
• Optional: trigger workflows by changing statuses on button clicks.
• Merge all items for one stack of duplicates

Note that the merge process will delete all displayed items but the first one.
