How to use the timeline

First step, build a chart with your different milestones. Each milestone must have at least one date.

You can also add a type (status column) that will allow you to color the milestones.

In the example below, we have also added a file column that will allow us to add an image to our milestone.

Second step, you can add the timeline app to your board. To do this, you need to add a view to your board and search for timeline.

Then, you will be able to set up the app !

1 : You can specify the number of milestones to display
2 : You can choose the columns to display in each frame
3 : You can define which date will be used to position the milestone. Note: If ever several milestones have the same date, the frame will be positioned on a column.
4 : You can choose if an image should be displayed on the timeline. Note: If there are several images, only the first one will be used
5: You can choose if the frames should be colored, for this you will have to choose a status column and the application will automatically use the associated color code.
6: You can choose to display the data table below the timeline.
